3. Control your environment - remove anything that might be an unwelcome distraction. Tidy up first, so you aren’t tempted to tidy to procrastinate. Make it easy for you to do the task at hand and only that - have the tools that you need ready to go.

4. Timeblocking and managing your time - distraction often happens because we aren’t clear on what we should be doing. Use your calendar to time block and focus your time on specific tasks that group together well.
