Hey Niantic Support I'm trying to buy a ticket to GoFest for my 12 yr old. His Go account logs in w/ his Play! Pokémon account. My PTC account is linked to my Go account & his PTC account, but when I try to add him to my ticket purchase its acting like I'm not the linked parent

Hey Niantic Support despite changing the emails so that my minor's account has the same email as mine in our PTC accounts, I still can't purchase a GoFest ticket for him! Please advise.
