Yesterday I was sexually assaulted in my own home. I invited a man over fully intending to have sex with him. Knowing we were absolutely not compatible in a romantic way I opted with a FWB type situation. I was under the impression he was a chill/cool guy...

Things got heated and awkward. Trying to force me to kiss him. Being too rough with my body after being asked to stop. I made it very clear I wanted to back out. I begged. Pleaded. Asked multiple times and different ways to just stop and for him to go home.

Even though I realized I forgot to establish a safe word I told him I was calling it right then because I didn't want to continue. He refused to stop. Here's the important part: I fought. I fought him hard. Kicking, yelling, pushing and slapping.

Which is important because that's what the detectives in the hospital used to decide to take me case. He eventually gave up after me fighting him off. The crazed look in his eyes was gone and he offered to fix the bed he broke. Asked me why I looked like I wanted to cry

And got mad I wouldn't look him in the eyes. Before he left he made me give him a hug. He called me two seconds after leaving to see if he could use my shower to clean up. Luckily he left. He blew up my phone apologizing shortly after that. Knowing what he did was wrong
