Training of around 200 ASHAs working in the Pune block on prevention, diagnosis and first aid of snakebite envenomation was conducted recently by national expert Dr Raut Sadanand D and Nikita Dani, Project Assistant under the ICMR NTF nationwide snakebite study Dr Rahul Gajbhiye
