The whole of the ICBD was thrilled to see Hannah Proctor receive the award for the best student talk at the @WDSC2023 closing ceremony yesterday! Hannah's PhD is supervised by Prof Annie Hill and her talk was on identifying fungal communion distillery wooden washbacks.
