Incredibly frustrated at the complete lack of customer service from H.Samuel. First you cancel my order due to being out of stock days after the order was placed, then find stock and promise an update by Tuesday, then completely ignore me since Monday. Woefully poor.

I made the mistake of trying to move my gas/electric when I moved house. I followed the process on the Octopus Energy site and my electric moved fine. But OVO objected to the gas. Now I'm being told the electric shouldn't have moved, my account doesn't exist. On hold 1hr!
