I was delighted to welcome the 2022 BC Legislature Interns to Government House for conversation over lunch. It was wonderful hearing from such accomplished young British Columbians. I felt very inspired after chatting with these future community leaders!

The B.C. Legislative Internship Program enables interns to thoroughly engage with the provincial political process. Today, I met with this year’s cohort of enthusiastic interns. We discussed Bill #C5, criminal justice reform, and the importance of diversity and inclusion.
