Hi Apple, I've been on the phone for almost two hours and been transferred 10 times. Why can't anyone help me with my order? W588258376 Can you tell me what this means?

I went through 4 hrs of phone support over 2 days and was transferred to 16 different agents before finally talking to someone who could attempt to resolve my issue... what say you Apple? Is this the customer experience I should expect on my next business purchase?
