Had a great day at regionals yesterday with a jump of 5’4 with ZERO misses ending the day off advancing in 4 events as well as region champ as a team, in high jump, and 4x2! Coach Cage @Coach4Strong

Ended the sectionals meet off with a tremendous pr of 11.91 in the 100 !!! State bound in all 4 of my events - 4x200, 100, Triple Jump, and High Jump !! Coach Cage @Coach4Strong ( Lane 7 )

Amazing weekend USATF Youth National meet in Geneva, Ohio !! Ended it with 3 national titles in the 4x1 ( 46.87 ), 100m ( 11.86 ), 200m ( 24.23 ) and 1 runner up in the high jump ( 1.60m ) !!

Great day on the track at the Christian Coleman Invitational !! 100m PR 11.85 + HUGE 200m PR 23.69 + 4x100 relay 45.91 !! There’s a lot of stuff that needs work but my teammates and are only going to get better over time 🖤
