I am wondering how the Rwanda National Police explains this. The system shows no fines, yet I still receive an sms about a ticket of yesterday. Now, how does one even pay a ticket that you supposedly got without if you have zero details of what happened?

#Fixit This Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) vehicle service process is probably the worst experience you could wish someone to go through. It doesn't need to take you all day of waiting for someone to tell you that they won't help you and you need to wait for another 2 weeks to be helped
