Great to see this paper in Nature Communications introducing GRouNdGAN, a generative model designed to simulate realistic single-cell RNA-seq datasets to help unravel gene regulatory networks.
Congratulations to everyone involved in this analysis of ecosystems from more than a thousand tumours, from 30 cancer types. This study in Nature Communications deepens understanding of tumour heterogeneity, to inform development of diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
