The National Ambulance Service ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿš‘ has recently launched its Pathfinder service in Galway. Pathfinder is designed, when safe, to keep older people who phone 112/999 in their own homes rather than taking them to a hospital. bit.ly/43VTBdE #OurHealthService
