💧The glorious River Bure stretching out into unspoilt idyllic #NorthNorfolk countryside, a few miles upstream of Hoveton and Wroxham

Lovely day on the meadow opposite Trafford Park. 3 resident cattle in the shade (difficult to spot) a lone swan and a small cruiser on the river.

Looking towards Hoveton and neighbouring Wroxham from Fleggburgh, an ancient island several miles eastwards. Broadland with its interlinked rivers have changed dramatically through time. Just over a thousand years ago the villages were on a major estuary.
