It turns out it's really hard to do the work for #homeschool when you have side effects from the vaccine. However, the beauty of #homeschooling is the flexibility. We aren't bound by traditional school hours & days. We'll do the work when we're ready. #grateful #TeamPfizer

The joy of the New Testament is it reveals just how deeply God loves people. That His love is unmeasurable and unearned. And because of that love, revealed in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, we just have to believe it is true and receive it.

I'm glad we're doing dual enrollment for my high school junior. It allows for customization of her education & allows her to make those mistakes we all make at the beginning of college in a supportive atmosphere. (And it costs less money for those mistakes!) #homeschooling

As an English class assignment, I'm having my daughter submit to a writing contest. It gives her a real world reason to write. There is at least 1 other contest for this school year, & I think we'll enter more in the fall. Maybe she'll earn money from 1 of her submissions!

2 nights in a row my son has told me to go to bed after I've sent him to bed. After I tell him I'm an adult & can decide for myself, he reminds me that I'm grumpy in the morning because I stay up too late. Stop being logical, kid! #parenting #momlife

Today my son skipped his medicine to see if he'd be able to sleep tonight. Our day has been extremely challenging, and he's still awake at an unreasonable hour. That experiment is over! We'll have to figure out another solution for sleep. #ADHD #momlife #tradeoffs #medicinehelps
