Being lucky enough in life to have 2 fathers who both loved me very much, but losing one at 15 and the other at 25. One lost suddenly and the other through a grueling illness. Life is so cruel. Any advice on how to help fix a broken heart would be great, thanks. 💔

Just made myself a piece of toast but I didn't eat any tea. Took a bite and burst into tears because it reminded me of how every Sunday morning when I was younger my step dad would make us all toast and a glass of milk for breakfast. My heart hurts now 💔

It's really sad when the job you've loved so much is literally draining the life out of you. I got home from my 13 hour shift last night and realized I hadn't even had a wee all day. This is not ok. We look after everyone, but who looks after us?
