This is what I was telling my players today. Coaches should question their players, this helps development and player/ coach understanding. Is the the coach always right? - Definitely not. Can players and coaches opinions differ? - Of course they can.

The RL boys having some fun in training, doing some simple small hill runs. Not only do we have field sessions, we also talk and use the boards in the changing rooms to go through plays and structure before we go to the field. Lots of unseen work goes into player development 👀
