With the help of Peloton I’ve been exercising and focusing on getting my heart rate up every day this month. Symptoms and sleep…doing “slightly” better!

Last month, I had my 7 year anniversary of being diagnosed with #yopd. I’ve only changed my med dosage twice and most ppl in my life still don’t know. I’m still unsure about sharing my fuss as diagnosis d with them.

Expierencing extreme lightheadedness the past two weeks. Went to doc. blood pressure and blood work all ok. Is this from my meds? Caffeine? Is this just part of #parkinsons
