Fantastic work Jonny Acheson. It really is abysmal that most of us with PD in the UK, still have to pay for an annual prepayment certificate. In reality we should get the medication that we require for free. This is the only way to make our lives liveable.

What a fantastic #WorldParkinsonsDay which the UK Dementia Research Institute Cardiff University shared with the Parkinson's community! We learned so much and have come out with new ideas and perspectives for the road ahead. Thank you to all involved and we really look forward to the next steps together!

Here’s part of my #WorldParkinsonsDay singing with the Good Vibrations Chorus a joint venture between the Cardiff Branch of #parkinsonscymru and ⁦Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama⁩ . I’m out of sight in the back, but just as uplifted by the voices all around me.

The PIP application process with its focus on what the applicant can’t do is very negative and destructive. It could actually be harmful.
