We are aware of a fault affecting a few customers in the Overton area. This is due to an electrical fault. An electrician will be on site at some point this morning to investigate and hopefully resolve.

we have seen two short blips today affecting the Upton area. Service has come back again - suspecting a fault with the fibre or an upstream provider. I've raised a fault as this should not have happened.

We have a problem affecting the stability of our network in North Oakley. We will need to come to site first thing tomorrow if it doesn't settle down.
