During all of this craziness I’ve taken the time to start meditating daily. I’ve been very consistent with it using Headspace and it’s changed my life. It’s a guided course that makes it easy to learn and grow. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a grasp of who I am and what I want

The last few months I’ve taken a lot of time to do some serious soul searching and learn more about myself. What’s something new you’ve learned about yourself in the last few months? Any new hobbies or good habits?

One of the best lessons I’ve learned this year… invest in yourself. Decide what you want, write it out in detail, take it step by step, and spend the money on coaches to help you skip the mistakes. You’re worth it.
