Many thanks to the wonderful Ralph Smyth Heritage Ireland who welcomed our students to St Mary's Abbey Chapter House yesterday. All that now remains of this Cistercian Abbey, these ribbed vaults have witnessed so much of our city's history. Ralph breathed life into that history!
By contrast, last week our students visited The Oratory in Dun Laoghaire Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council where they were welcomed by Tour Guides Linda and Ger. Unexpected and evocative - a place of peace, and the life's work of that important and extraordinary artist Sr Concepta Lynch - formerly Lily.
