1. Hamas steals humanitarian aid. 2. Hamas sells it back to Gazans, instead of distributing it for free. 3. They charge 75 NIS ($20) per kilo of sugar. 4. Hamas fills the bags with sand instead of sugar. 5. The money is used to buy more weapons and recruit new terrorists.
