How is this ok? Thames Water 💧 arrived, dug a hole & left knowing this is happening. Earlier this year the street was without water for days and The Charter School North Dulwich had to close twice. TW say they can’t get someone here until 3pm tomorrow. Unacceptable. #ThamesWater
