It is literally impossible to be a new housing development.

You have to be thin to avoid shadows, but not too thin or else you're a pencil tower. You're supposed to be pretty, but not so pretty so as to stand out because you're supposed to fit in with the neighbourhood.

It’s hard to understate how historic and important this achievement is.

This morning, I updated the BC Building Code with #MassTimber changes - effective immediately - that will:

✅Allow for 18 stories.
✅Allow for 9 stories without drywall.
✅Allow for different building structures - like schools and libraries.
