Rheumatic Heart Disease in Uganda: 17.8% mortality, 35% progress to heart failure, 63.7% develop atrial fibrillation. A study of 4621 children found 76.3% with CHD, 55% girls. Poor penicillin adherence raises risk. Early diagnosis & regular check-ups are key!   #HeartHealth
