.Vodafone UK had an absolute nightmare with your repair centre. Need a new battery after using the checker. Have over 2 months of warranty left. Handed phone in at store who confirmed no damage but now miraculously I have a cracked screen which you want over £200 to repair - how?

.Vodafone UK ongoing issue since November! Was on the phone for 90 mins last Thursday and 45 mins on the Friday and still no resolution- surely that's unacceptable? Please advise how I can speak to someone who can actually help and resolve my problem?
