About 60t/hr in wedges (small potatoes). I say it takes out 90% of the tare (lumps, rot, cut or bruised potatoes) from the crop and has a few good potatoes in the tare but not a lot. Those numbers get better as you slow down. Expecting it to do better het with large potatoes.
