In 2013, a Little Tern chick was ringed at Beacon Ponds. A decade later, in April 2024, that same bird was recaptured in Senegal, over 4,400 km away, & fitted with green Darvic ring "HKL". We ended the update with hope: “We look forward to hopefully seeing it again soon.”
