Fab YorkshireCoastNature birding day round the superb LDV NNR. Stacks of summer migrants around, with Tree Pipit and Lesser Whitethroat the pick. Slavonian Grebe and Black-necked Grebe (pic) double was great along with c40 Black-tailed Godwits.

Great day at Wheldrake. Both grebes showing well. Plenty of blackcap and willow warblers. Best of all was two otters playing 5 feet away from the board walk. Amazing views. Very wet still, wellies needed. LDV NNR York Birding
