The direction of the industry is changing - more focus on upskilling, providing self-service tools where we can rather than doing everything ourselves? Leaving more time to focus on strategic, outcome-led work rather than writing every piece of content to go out.

Two MPs murdered in five years. Public servants who just went to work at their constituency surgeries and never came home. Being able to be a politician without fear is one of the basic values of a democracy. I’m not sure we have that anymore and that desperately needs fixing.
