Should the routine use of Ticagrelor be reconsidered in NSTEMI patients?

Graph below gels w/ a convo I had today with w/ one of our ICU docs. He said ICU beds are filling up. But, John, #COVID19 prognosis on ventilators is horrible. (Sorry) Thus, best solution is stopping/slowing/preventing infection in first place. #GetMePPE
