Please don't ignore the post I'm IIT (BHU), Varanasi student. My family is going through tough time. We have a house in village there is 6feet width road at backside and 3feet width road from front side of house.UP POLICE S.P. There is a pretty much wealthy family lives in the backside and right side of my house(they were a same family almost 10 years ago). In the backside after road we left 3.5 feet of own land and then made concrete wall(so total 10+ feet width is there for road from back).

Due to their own family dispute, they themselves blocked their mutual path. Now the family living in right side of my house demanding that narrow 3 feet road to get broaden that much so that their cars, tractors can reach to their house. Irony is, the road which they wants to

to broaden(only in my part) is can't be broaden even a inch, because, their complete house is constructed leaving no space after the road, as why only a part of road will get broaden, and that too by taking land from a single person.

Back on 16 March 2014, they(5) with the help of relatives(6) and some outsiders, they brutally harmed whole family(5) including me as well. I was in 6th class back then, & I can clearly recall complete incident, how they handled my parents & brutally beaten with bricks, sticks.

All wet with blood, they left us almost in dead position. Whole villagers were just spectators, like enjoying the scene. Somehow, ambulence was called that came 2hrs later. We got bare minimum medical, like just stitches and bandages. That doctor got hugely bribed and in the

the final medical reports of us he wrote just minimal injury and cuts were there. A normal FIR lodged on that report, with normal articles. They managed to get a fake medical from that doctor to make a cross case. We have a small part of land where we do farming and also

3,4 cattles which is the only source of income. Even in that farming land, significant part(more than half) of it is under a different person(a different story is there too). Father being robbed all over and having no support from officials he became helpless.

Since then, their cars etc passes from there. A bed hardly fits just outside my house, and that too just taken away. Initially they were having wagonar now they bought tractors etc which have greater width and now, that 3 feet width road by capturing 5.3+ feet only in my part,
