Did you know that applying a 2-fold-change cutoff to your transcriptomics data can lead to significant ascertainment bias? Some metabolic pathways are highly regulated in a physiologically relevant fashion but this only occurs within the bounds of the 2FC threshold.

Breeding for resilient cropping systems. A CropXR workshop at Wageningen U&R with ~100 participants.. great turn-up. Goal: identify knowledge gaps and get inspiration for research on crop resilience.
