Midway through my 2nd week here at Ramp. The culture moves incredibly fast. Internal responses that I would expect to take 24 to 48 hours are answered and resolved within 30 seconds, often/usually by AI. Speed is a high priority.

Today is Day 2,537 at Ramp. Yes, we count the exact days since the company was incorporated and it’s publicized for all to see. Because when you count each day, each day counts.

A disagreement only happens because there are two valid viewpoints on either side. If one side of the argument has no valid point, it doesn’t exist in the first place. Understand that your opponent’s conviction about their counter perspective is as valid as your own.
