A yr ago today… after 9(?) weeks of home schooling + half term. Cycling along river for us means 40min commute to school each way - not always doable for child. Shortest cycle (around 25min) is along A4 but who would put your young child to cycle 1h on the A4 each day??

Almost 1am at São Paulo GRU airport & ppl who were queuing since 9.30pm still trying to have flights rebooked. Most w work and family commitments on Monday morning and suffering from LATAM Australia LATAM USA overbooking. In some cases tomorrow’s flight is full too. Appalling

How is this possible LATAM Australia LATAM USA LATAM France you rerouted me via Lisbon, I get to Lisbon and reservation to London on the AA flight to LHR (operated by BA) you put me doesn’t exist! Flight is overbooked too! I have to pick up my 7yo in school at 3.20pm in London!

friendly suggestion to Heathrow Airport to have some wheelchairs at short term parking + at drop off. Currently, when we book Assistance we need to collect the wheelchair upstairs by security whereas ppl need it from the car. Paid £5 drop off + £14.50 parking to sort things out!
