Grassroots football is on its arse...you've got ex managers trying to prevent KIDS from joining other teams using every tactic they can just to prevent them from carrying on wanting to play football just because they left his team.

So parents are forming cult like groups and are now dictating to managers/coaches what kids are good enough for their team or how much game time certain kids should be getting with the threat of all leaving the team if the coach doesn't follow what they think🤦🫣🤷🏻‍♂️

The state and behaviour of some at grassroots football is a real concern and seems to be getting worse to the point were its ruining it for everyone Win, lose or draw it is unacceptable for so called role models to be acting aggressively & threatening at kids football games

I would love to say nice things about my game today but it was truly spoilt by a terrible atmosphere and parents bad mouthing a young ref looking to learn. Good on him abandoning it at 2-1. He had a good game in a physical match.
