Sometimes, the older we get the happier we become, because we care less and less about being people-pleasers. God has called us to love Him, love people, and make disciples. But, He has not called us to be enslaved by people's opinions of us.

Simple rule for a happier life. Don't compare yourself to others. Comparison is the thief of joy.
