Back to touring again at the super friendly Ashbourne Recreation Ground parkrun this morning. A brisk 3 laps all on grass with a small path section and only a small hill. Luckily it wasn't too muddy at all today. Thanks to all the magnificent volunteers today UKRunChat #Parkrun #mentalhealth

#parkrun N⁰ 50 for the year was at a very foggy Frickley Country Parkrun. A great undulating 1 lap course on the site of an old colliery. Loved the run but the steep climb at the start is a killer. Thanks to the many volunteers this morning UKRunChat parkrun UK #MentalHealth

Terrific run at the Cannock Chase 5 Mile Trail today very well organised by Nice Work and sponsored by Porsche Wolves. A lovely muddy jaunt up the hills and on the trails in Cannock. Very pleased with my 1st place in the old fellas catagory. UKRunChat #mentalhealth

Traditional New Years Eve Trails & Ales Race up Rivington Pike with Laura Bell to round the year off. Its a brutal ascent but amazing views at the top when you get there. As always, incredibly well organised by trailblazingevents events. UKRunChat #over60running
