Lots of concern amongst consultant colleagues regarding pension tax bills and other tax "cliff edges" Rumours re upcoming budget are adding to the unease Most of the (partial) solutions involve doing less work, which is obviously bad news for NHS services 😞

1/ For *most* non-GPs, 23/24 will be OK - thats because the opening value was 10.1% (Sept 22 CPI) and pay growth was way below that. So if you didnt increment that year - combined with the rules changes - 1995 will generally be negative and can offset 2015 - hence in the case
