In “The Lobby” documentary, Ella Rose, a director of the Jewish Labour Movement who previously worked at the Israeli embassy, was caught boasting about participating in IDF-developed Krav Maga training. Rose served as a Labour councillor in Barnet alongside Liron Velleman.

Last month, former Labour councillor Velleman plead guilty to a series of sexual offences against a 13-year-old girl. Velleman sent naked pictures of himself to the girl and asked whether she “was a virgin” and “at home alone”.

Today, Keir Starmer told his fast-diminishing staff at No. 10 that he is “not resigning”. But the removal of Starmer, once a matter of months, has now become a matter of days. This time, even Morgan McSweeney can’t save him.
