People probably think Michigan fans are spoiled these days. But I promise it’s not as glamorous as it appears. The last year or two, if someone came up to me and said “congrats on the National Championship,” I was able to simply reply “thank you.” Now I have to ask “which one?”

My favorite part about the National Championship Game was when Michigan won.

Since January 1, 2024, the University of Michigan has more National Championships in football and basketball (2) than Michigan State has Big Ten football wins (1).

Told my wife I’d be an adult tonight and stop having all of my nights revolving around Michigan sports. So we went to a charity gala. First song performed once we sat down — Unwritten. Sorry, sweetheart. I tried.

I’m really surprised other schools don’t have National Championship parades more frequently. They’re really fun. Michigan has had National Title parades for football and basketball in the past three years. Seems unfair that other schools don’t get to enjoy similar experiences.

OSU dodged a bullet with Dusty May. Not sure if Jake Diebler will be great, but May’s claim to fame is a lucky postseason run last year. You had never heard of him before that. And don’t forget, FAU got to play 16th-seeded Fairleigh Dickinson in the 2nd round.
