Superintendents, whether school is in person or online, focus on staff morale. The adjustments/transitions over the past few months & now this fall are incredible. And don’t just focus on morale but their mental & emotional health too. Teachers need to feel safe and supported.

Happy Motivational Monday! Forgiveness is freeing ourselves from the hot burning coal burning in our hands as a constant reminder of pain and resentment. Let go of that hot coal to release that pain and move on.
