This is a settlement resulting from a US DOJ investigation into alleged sexual harassment by former Gov. Cuomo. Among the findings:

In response, Cuomo attorney Rita Glavin says "Governor Cuomo did not sexually harass anyone." "At no point did DOJ even contact Governor Cuomo concerning these matters," she said in a statement.
