Busy weekend spent with lovely visitors. They were treated to cola hot wings, smoked drumsticks & mai thai thighs from @CardiffButcher with rubs/marinades from the fab girls Hang Fire® (sides were sure fire slaw & maque Choux) yum! Credit to check @Matthew_D_Clark 😋😋😋

#2 wholewheat Italian pasta salad

#3 beetroot, apple, spinach & toasted seeds

#4 Herby wholewheat couscous, goji berries, edamame beans & cashew

#5 sweet potato, spinach & spring onion free range egg frittata

#6 soda bread ... a choice of plain, rosemary & walnut or rosemary & black olive

#7 and for the sweet treats: caramel squares (no butter or sugar)

#8 and date, cashew & coconut balls

Lovely visit to Avoca Ireland, #dunboyne after early morning flight from Cardiff Airport this morning. Organic Salmon & eggs for breakfast & a mooch around their shop... loved their display of local veg & fruit! Cakes looked epic too!
