**D.C. HPAP funding is now open for 2025 on a first-come, first-served basis.** Eligible buyers need to send a notice of eligibility (NOE) AND a ratified purchase contract to DHCD by November 8. After that, those without a reservation will enter a lottery. ow.ly/tKn450TTNxg
