Just spent a shift in A&E dealing with the consequences of poor diet and obesity Hungry so went off to get some food And this was what was for sale....... As a society we need to stop health problems not just treat them....

One of the most worthwhile things I've ever done was donate milk to those in need. Due to the incessant pain caused by my injury, I've never been able to pick up or hold my baby properly. Donating milk helped me feel like less of a failure.
