Ran a new PR of 4:26 in the 1600 with splits of 2:16, 2:10 in a tactical race to be the regional runner up and qualify for states! This was shortly after running in the 4x800m relay. I now hold PRs of 9:35 and 4:26 with 3 meets remaining in my season! #co2025 #uncomitted #track
