The gold in openEHR is the clinical models. They should be available to everyone, without special tooling or knowledge of openEHR. The existing openEHR architecture should simply be a option on how to build things. Others might decide to take a more conventional route such as DDD

Back in the day the challenge used to be architecting a solution properly with what was available. 20 years on the challenge seems to be picking the right technology from the vast array of options out there. When does so many options become too much ?

Not sure what is happening. Despite 17 years experience in HealthCare and helping get us through COVID I have been unable to get a job in eHealth for 4 months. Not sure what I've done wrong, but starting to get a bit depressing/frustrating.
