Starting to feel the benefits of getting up early - physically and mentally! Working out, getting stuff done and being ready for the day ahead before the world around me wakes up. Highly recommend.

These early mornings are not getting easier - I thought they would! The working out isn't getting any more enjoyable - I'm working harder! I'm not enjoying it but the satisfaction from the achievement is improving me mentally! Everyone needs discipline in their daily routine.
