Well..the week of running all the miles has had a bit of a change of plan as I’ve been at home since yesterday with a fever and aches. The planned 20miler in the morning will have to be a gentle parkrun jog/walk now. C’est la vie. Bobby cat making sure I get my rest today 😻

parkrun no.172 today in 27:56. Absolutely beautiful morning for a run and an extra lap with my tailwalker friends. Drove past all the London Marathon barriers and mile markers being set up, can’t wait to cheer everyone on tomorrow! Happy weekend - hope you had a good run today!

Chicago Marathon done in 4:42:54, which is a new PB! It was tough in the second half, but an utterly wonderful day!

Vitality London 10,000 today with the teenager and my bestie from HK. Bumping into Gail Seal at the start, always a treat. A windy, but fun #Brighton10k down on the south coast for our Race Pacing team. Local guy and great comedian Joe Wilkinson was kind enough to join us for a pre-race piccy.

A friend (I will name depending on the response) has a bath by getting into the *empty dry bath* and then letting the water rise around them. I think most people get into the tub when full. They say that at least half the country does it their way. Pls help resolve this 🛁
